Steps to your Own Driver's License

1. Complete 30 hours Drivers Education online or from your school. (You will get either OL237 or DL387.)

2. Enroll Driving School and get the White Enrollment Certificate (OL392).

3. Bring below documents to the DMV to take written test.
i) Social Security Card
ii) Birth Certificate
iii) OL237 or DL387
iv) OL392
v) $28 Application Fee

4. Got your permit? Complete 6hrs Behind-The-Wheel Training and get the Yellow Certificate (OL283).

5. After having instruction permit for 6 months, you are ready to take the driving test!

6. On your driving test day, Bring your:
i) Instruction permit with parent's signature
ii) Insurance card
iii) Registration
iv) Certificate (OL238).
